For 20 years, Mississippi has used the same funding formula that has perpetuated our state being ranked 50th in education time and time again. Outdated technology, like the floppy disk, is not good enough for our school children; so, why have we been relying on an outdated formula to fund their education? The fact is we shouldn’t, and we can’t. It’s time to bring the formula up-to-date and improve our schools. #TeachInThe21st
